Mission Physical Therapy Group is currently seeking Physical Therapists to join our dynamic team! Live on the beautiful Central Coast of California with access to great hiking and mountain biking, backroad cycling, and stunning beaches.

We are a local, Physical Therapist owned group of clinics with 3 offices in San Luis Obispo, Atascadero, and Paso Robles. For over 30 years, Mission Physical Therapy Group has been providing caring and effective rehabilitation services – utilizing evidence-based practice guidelines to assess and improve treatment design. In addition to providing excellent care, we strive to achieve a positive and welcoming experience leading to lasting relationships with clients, as well as referral sources.

Caseloads are primarily orthopedic – including but not limited to joint replacement, sports rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and balance. We do see neurologically impaired individuals and have a robust Vertigo and dizziness program, pediatrics program, and a woman’s health program. We pride ourselves on allowing our clinicians to manage their schedules. Productivity, while important, is not a measure of clinician success.

Giving back to our community is important to us. Throughout the year, our team supports local causes such as the Paso Robles Rotary club, Walk to Cure Arthritis, Wine Country Half Marathon & 5K, Season of Hope food and toy drive, and the Paso Robles Harvest Marathon. We also sponsor local athletic teams, from youth sports to collegiate athletics. Special causes are Cuesta College City to Sea Marathon and Cal Poly Rodeo. Qualifications –

Active California State Physical Therapist License

Current Basic Life Saving (BLS) certification

Strong customer service skills with the ability to maintain friendly and professional relationships

Mission Physical Therapy is hiring for a physical therapy aide position. This is a position that requires attention to detail, superior customer service skills, diligence, professionalism, responsibility, and a desire to work as a team.

The position is versatile and requires the ability to operate in a fast pace environment. Applicants must enjoy working with the public. The applicant is expected to be an organized, responsible, self-starter with the desire to learn and flourish in their position. Knowledge of human anatomy is a plus but not required. Basic computer applications knowledge is required. Applicants will be expected to learn the office’s electronic medical records system. Applicants must be able to take direction from many different staff members. The applicant will be expected to perform front desk and back-office duties that include but are not limited to: scheduling appointments both on the phone and in person, directing patients in exercise programs, creating exercise programs on a computer program, assisting patients on and off of gym equipment, cleaning equipment, checking patients in and out, assisting with data entry, general clerical duties, etc. Applicant must be able to perform duties independently and also under the direction of other staff members.

Seeking part-time staff members, full-time may be considered depending on skillset.
