At Mission Physical Therapy, patient safety is our highest priority. In addition to providing you quality care with your rehabilitation, we are taking the necessary precautions to prevent COVID-19 at each of our clinics. We ask that you please make the responsible decision to stay home if you are having symptoms including fever, cough/sore throat, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, headache, nausea, fatigue/body ache, or any abnormal feelings. We ask the same of our staff. If you are a current patient and need to cancel/reschedule your appointment for this or for any other related reason, the front office will assist you accordingly. Please note that you will not be charged our cancellation fee for COVID-related cancellations.
Masks or face coverings are required for patients and employees at all times. We kindly ask that if you need to remove your mask to drink water/to catch your breath, that you please step away from the gym to do so.
There are hand sanitizing stations throughout the clinic readily available for any patient/employee to use. Similarly, antibacterial hand soap is provided in our restrooms. Though there are other patients rehabilitating/conditioning at the same time, we try to space each patient out to the best of our ability.
Your physical therapist will always wash their hands with antibacterial soap before your session.
After your treatment, each area and treatment table/pillow/bolster is properly sanitized. Any gym equipment that has been used is promptly sanitized and put away after each use.
TELEHEALTH appointments are offered for new and existing patients. If you wish to continue your program in the comfort of your own home, our licensed physical therapist is able to manage your care through secure video conference software.
